DUGG HADDEN, PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
As founder of IS, Dugg Hadden brought to bear 35 plus years of experience in the Audio-Visual industry to the creation of one of the premiere staging resources in the Southeast. As one of the youngest Technical Directors in the business, Dugg was producing major corporate shows& events by the ripe old age of 19. Known across the nation for his ability to offer imaginatively creative, yet cost realistic solutions – quickly earned him the inimitable & affectionate title of “Super Dugg”. Extensive industry experience combined with a passion for the perfection was the driving factor behind the creation of Industrial Strength Staging and the motivating factor for all its accomplishments today.
In 2005, ISS acquired Pilot House Audio-Visual, Tampa Bay’s oldest and most established audio-visual resource. With over a quarter century of industry leading work, Pilot House today continues to serve the local retail market in the Tampa Bay area. And through combined efforts and strategically acquired gear – both entities are aligned to provide national and local clientele with the best quality gear at realistic pricing values.
JUSTIN KENADY, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Justin Kenady is the Director of Operations for IS and manages many of its day-to-day activities as related to inventory, assigning crew resources, pick-up and equipment delivery, packaging, artistic design functions, etc.
As an active musician, accomplished composer and artist, Justin contributes his talents when designing custom set graphics and music enhancements.
SARA MCCLARNON, OFFICE MANAGER
Sara McClarnon is the Office Manager at Industrial Strength Inc, and she has been working for Dugg since 2012. Sara handles many daily tasks such as taking rental orders, arranging transportation, managing all of the daily billing and invoicing for our clients and vendors, and keeping us up to date on our upcoming events.
Sara’s experience with installation art helps her to contribute her knowledge of color, balance and originality to help us create our “WOW” events.
